Help
Real help for buying, managing, renewing, transferring, and protecting domains.
How do I find and register a domain?
Start with the exact name. If it is taken, use the results page to compare close matches, alternate extensions, and suggestions before adding the best fit to cart.
What should I do if the domain I want is unavailable?
Check the same name across other extensions, look for shorter variations, or use backorder when the name is worth watching. Keep the search focused so checkout stays clean.
How do I manage a domain I already own?
Sign in first, then open My Domains, choose the domain, and manage DNS, forwarding, nameservers, privacy, lock, renewals, and transfer settings from that domain workspace.
Do I need an account to checkout?
Yes. Payment comes after sign in or account creation so the domain, receipt, billing method, renewals, and management tools stay tied to the right account.
Where do I update my payment method?
Sign in and use Billing to keep a default card on file. A current payment method helps prevent failed renewals and keeps important domains from entering a risk window.
Where can I find receipts?
Receipts live under Billing and order confirmation. Sign in to view account receipts, then print when you need a business copy.
How do renewals work?
Renewals show the next renewal date, expiration date, auto-renew status, and billing status. Sign in to review or renew domains. Failed renewals are prioritized because they can put a domain at risk.
What should I do when renewal payment fails?
Update the payment method first, then renew the affected domain. Failed renewal items should stay at the top until the domain is paid and clear.
Where do I edit DNS records?
Sign in and use DNS for records, nameservers, and forwarding. For a specific domain, open that domain first so changes apply to the right name.
What are privacy, lock, and forwarding?
Privacy protects public holder details when available, domain lock helps prevent unauthorized transfer, and forwarding sends visitors from one domain to another URL.
How do I transfer a domain into Gooder?
Unlock the domain at the current provider, get the authorization code, confirm the registrant email can receive notices, then start Transfer in.
What does WHOIS show?
WHOIS shows public domain record data. Some records are redacted by privacy rules. If a verified private contact path exists, Gooder can show a contact option without exposing holder details.
