Core Terms
Universal Terms of ServiceSite use, accounts, checkout, billing, renewals, and services
Agreement
By using Gooder.Domains, creating an account, searching for domains, registering domains, renewing domains, transferring domains, using WHOIS lookup, or contacting support, you agree to these Universal Terms and any product-specific terms that apply to the service you use.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login credentials, maintaining access to your email address, and reviewing notices related to your domains, renewals, billing, privacy, and ownership records.
Domain Services
Domain availability, pricing, registration rules, renewal windows, transfer requirements, premium status, extension restrictions, and privacy availability can vary by extension. A domain is not registered, renewed, or transferred until the applicable order is accepted and completed.
Billing & Renewals
You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, domain charges, and renewal amounts shown at checkout or in your account. Keeping a valid default payment method helps prevent failed renewals, expiration, or loss of a domain.
Service Use
Gooder.Domains services are intended for legitimate account, domain, billing, privacy, and support activity. Account access and service availability may be limited when needed to protect customers, maintain service continuity, or meet required operational rules.
Service Changes
Features, prices, product availability, workflows, and policies may change as the platform, extension rules, security needs, or business operations evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
Agreement LibraryHow Gooder organizes account, domain, privacy, and request policies
Primary Agreements
The Universal Terms, Domain Agreements, and Privacy Policy apply across the core account, checkout, domain, renewal, transfer, privacy, WHOIS, and support workflows.
Domain Policies
Domain registration, transfers, changes of registrant, renewal handling, privacy protection, DNS, forwarding, and support workflows are governed by the applicable domain agreement sections on this page.
Customer Requests
Refunds, billing questions, privacy requests, domain settings questions, and account support should begin through Gooder support.
Domain Agreements
Domain Name Registration AgreementRegistration, renewals, expiration, DNS, forwarding, and settings
Registration
Domain registration is subject to availability, payment completion, extension rules, accuracy of required contact data, and any eligibility requirements tied to the selected TLD.
- Registration is not final until the order is accepted and confirmed.
- You are responsible for selecting the correct spelling, extension, term length, and registrant details.
- Some domains may have premium pricing, special rules, verification needs, or extension restrictions.
Renewals & Expiration
You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration. Auto-renew can reduce the risk of losing a domain, but failed payment, expired cards, extension restrictions, or account issues can still interrupt renewal.
DNS, Forwarding & Domain Settings
You are responsible for changes made to DNS, forwarding, nameservers, locks, contacts, and domain settings. Incorrect settings can interrupt websites, email, redirects, verification records, or connected applications.
Domain Name Transfer AgreementTransfer in, authorization codes, locks, timing, and status
Transfer In
Transfer in means moving a domain from an outside provider into Gooder.Domains management. Transfers require a valid domain, authorization code where applicable, unlocked status, eligible timing, accurate contact details, and completion of required approvals.
Transfer Limits
Some domains cannot transfer during lock periods, recent account changes, unpaid status, or other restriction windows. Transfer status should be monitored until the domain is fully active in the account.
Change of Registrant AgreementOwnership-sensitive contact changes and approval requirements
Contact Changes
Registrant, admin, technical, and billing contact updates may require confirmation, identity checks, email approval, transfer locks, or other required steps.
Accuracy
Incorrect contact information can delay renewals, transfers, ownership updates, and support resolution. Ownership-sensitive changes should be reviewed before submission.
Domain Privacy AgreementPrivacy Protection, WHOIS redaction, and contact routing
Privacy Protection
Privacy Protection is included for eligible domains at no additional cost. Where supported, public WHOIS records redact personal contact details while preserving required technical domain data.
Availability
Privacy availability varies by TLD and domain extension. Some public technical domain information may remain visible even when personal contact details are redacted.
